You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

The delivery time depends on the stock status of the ordered products. If all parts of your order are in stock and your order is placed before 1 p.m. on a business day, it can often be shipped the same day. If all or some parts of your order has/have the stock status “To Order” or “Expected” will it take longer, the exact delivery time depends on the specific product. Usually you will get in estimate on the delivery time in 2 or 3 working days after order.

The stock status “To Order” means we will have to order this product specially for you. The stock status “Expected” means the parts is expected to arrive at our warehouse.

You can track the status of your order within your Masparts account. Go to your account and see all your ongoing orders and the order you had with us in the past.

Parts ordered specifically for you cannot be cancelled.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. We process your order immediately after it is placed, therefore it is not possible to change your delivery time or delivery address.

The exact trade-in construction is based on the trade-in of the old part, the settlement depends on the country and type of product. We are always ready to arrange a good trade-in construction for you.

We do not install parts ourselves, but our partner Helfferich Heteren does. Helfferich has over 30 years of experience with Maserati and Ferrari.
