A New Chapter for Luca Parasacco

As of Monday, May 20, Luca Parasacco has taken on a new role within Maserati. Previously, Parasacco was the global head of Distrigo at Stellantis (The parent company of Maserati), where he managed the consolidated distribution network supplying original spare parts to the company’s various brands.

Strengthening the Maserati Team

Parasacco’s move is part of a broader reorganization within Maserati Commercial, aimed at bolstering the team led by Luca Delfino, who was appointed global chief commercial officer in January this year. This strategic move signals Maserati’s commitment to enhancing its commercial operations.

A Storied Career in Automotive

Throughout his career, Parasacco has worn many hats within the European region. From development manager to dealership sales manager, he has focused on planning distribution network strategies for all FCA (now Stellantis) brands and improving dealer performance. His extensive experience has prepared him well for this new challenge at Maserati.

Excitement for the Future

Parasacco, 52, expressed his enthusiasm about joining Maserati at a pivotal time for both the automotive industry and the brand. “I am very happy to become part of the Maserati family at this particular moment in history for the automotive industry and for the brand,” he said. By that, he is referring to the critical switch to EVs Maserati is now focusing some effort into, this switch has presented a huge challenge for many executives throughout the entire automotive industry lately, will Luca Parasacco manage to do what the others failed at?

Reflecting on his career journey, Parasacco sees this new role as a significant milestone. “This role is a major milestone for me and a new challenge after an intense and varied path, during which I have been able to explore various roles in the commercial field and where I feel I still have a lot to give,” he noted.

Parasacco hopes that his extensive experience and specialized training will contribute significantly to Maserati’s growth, both in Europe and globally. “I hope that my previous experience and my specific training in the field can make a substantial contribution to the further growth of the brand in Europe and around the world,” he added.
